It will conform to fit seamlessly to your teeth. Manufactured from high grade soft silicone, you simply place the mouthpiece in hot water, then place it in your mouth. You then bite on the permeable mouthpiece in order to get a perfect fit, then place it in cold water to set. Your individually tailored mouthguard is then ready to use.
